Job Brief:
Charge Nurses are experienced registered nurses who have displayed leadership.
management and communication skills.
They are responsible for
managing,
supervising and assisting the nursing staff, as well as providing clinical support and
patient care. Charge nurses are expected to do daily assignment of staff nurses and
o supervise their nursing care. Also they will support unit’s nursing management to l
develop and implement systems that will ensure the smooth and efficient running of
the unit including quality, educational or administration projects.
