𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰: Join Cure Link and play a pivotal role in managing patient cases from referral to completion. The role requires effective coordination with healthcare providers, insurers, and strategic partners to ensure seamless service delivery while driving cost-effective healthcare solutions and exceptional member experience.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Manage assigned medical cases from initiation through successful closure while ensuring timely updates and documentation.
• Liaise with hospitals, healthcare providers, insurers, and partners to coordinate services, negotiate treatment plans, and support cost containment initiatives.
• Review medical and administrative documentation to facilitate efficient case progression and ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Conduct concurrent and retrospective utilization reviews to ensure medical necessity, appropriate level of care, and compliance with stakeholder’s requirements.
• Monitor turnaround times, follow up proactively with stakeholders, and maintain accurate records within the CRM/case management system.
• Escalate complex cases where required while maintaining high standards of service quality and member satisfaction.

𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞

• Bachelor Degree in Medicine (MBBS) with clinical experience.
• Minimum 4 years of provider network management in UAE.
• Minimum 2 years in case management in insurance / TPA.
• Coding certification or experience (ICD-10 CM, CPT and DRG coding system)
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to support cost containment initiatives.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an added advantage.
• Proficient in CRM/case management systems with strong documentation and organizational skills.
