📢 We’re Hiring: Director – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

SEHA Clinics is seeking an experienced and strategic Director – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to lead and transform our revenue cycle operations across a large, multi-facility healthcare network in the UAE.

This is a key leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, revenue optimization, regulatory compliance, and team performance while ensuring a seamless end-to-end revenue cycle process.

Key Requirements:
✔ Proven experience leading a large-scale revenue cycle operation processing approximately 2.0–2.5 million claims annually.

✔ Demonstrated success in managing and developing large RCM teams, including leadership of 100–150 revenue cycle professionals, with experience overseeing managers and senior managers. The successful candidate will lead a team of 200+ professionals, including 3 Senior Managers and multiple Managers.

✔ Extensive senior-level operational leadership experience within a large, multi-facility healthcare organization.

✔ Strong knowledge of the UAE healthcare landscape, with direct experience in Abu Dhabi and/or Dubai, including payer management, reimbursement models, regulatory requirements, and healthcare compliance standards.

✔ Proven ability to drive revenue enhancement initiatives, optimize collections, improve claim acceptance rates, and strengthen overall financial performance.
