Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Case Manager to coordinate efficiently between orthodontists and our dental lab. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth case workflow, manage approvals and revisions, and maintain excellent communication throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate effectively between orthodontists and the dental lab
• Manage case communications, approvals, and revisions
• Ensure smooth workflow from case submission to final delivery
• Maintain accurate records and updates for all cases
• Apply strong knowledge of orthodontic appliances and digital workflows to support case management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Dental background is mandatory
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with digital orthodontics is an advantage
• Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with accuracy and efficiency
