Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Care Coordinator to join our team at the Jumeirah lab. The role involves coordinating seamlessly between doctors, patients, and phlebotomists to ensure smooth operations and an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a central point of contact between doctors, patients, and phlebotomists.
• Schedule and coordinate sample collections, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records and update reports using basic MS Excel.
• Support smooth communication and timely information flow among all stakeholders.
  

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic MS Excel and record management.
• Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
• Prior experience in a healthcare or lab environment is an advantage.
