Join our growing team and be the voice of STEPS Clinic! We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Call Centre Executive who can efficiently manage patient inquiries while playing a key role in lead management and appointment conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead management and timely follow-up on enquiries

-Convert leads into confirmed appointments

-Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally

-Coordinate appointments and maintain accurate records

-Deliver an exceptional patient experience


Healthcare/clinic experience is an advantage
