We are looking for compassionate and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Call Center Executives. In this role, you will support patients on their fertility journey with care, empathy, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
– Handle incoming calls and patient inquiries with warmth, accuracy, and confidentiality
– Provide information about services, appointments, and procedures
– Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently
– Maintain accurate records in the patient management system
– Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow
– Follow up with patients as needed and ensure exceptional service at every touchpoint
– Support bilingual communication needs (Arabic/English) if applicable
Requirements:
– Previous experience in a call center or customer service role (healthcare experience preferred)
– Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English is a strong advantage)
– Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and patient-centric approach
– Ability to manage sensitive conversations with discretion
– Proficient in MS Office and call-handling systems
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
