Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage with potential corporate clients, government entities, insurance companies, schools, universities, and other institutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and strategic partners.
Arrange and negotiate corporate agreements and referral partnerships.
Organize and coordinate health awareness campaigns, wellness programs, and corporate events.
Promote and present the clinic’s medical services to prospective clients.
Generate new leads and contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.
Develop business opportunities that increase clinic revenue and market presence.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to execute promotional campaigns.
Prepare periodic reports on sales activities and business development plans.
Represent the clinic professionally during meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
Requirements
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or corporate relations (healthcare industry experience preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
An existing network of corporate contacts in the UAE is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Proficiency in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).
