Development Executive – Medical Center (Dubai)
Job Description:
A reputable medical center in Dubai is seeking a Business Development Executive with healthcare experience to drive revenue growth and expand partnerships with insurance companies and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business growth strategies
Build and maintain relationships with insurance providers such as Nextcare and Daman
Acquire new corporate contracts and partnerships
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Coordinate with medical and administrative teams to enhance patient experience
Track KPIs and achieve monthly/annual targets
Prepare regular performance reports
Support marketing and promotional campaigns
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in business development (healthcare preferred)
Strong understanding of UAE insurance systems
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Target-driven and result-oriented
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Existing network with insurance companies is highly preferred
