SERVICE ENGINEER
POSITION
LOCATION
DUBAI, UAE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Install, commission, and calibrate biomedical equipment.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of medical equipment.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment faults.
Conduct equipment inspections, testing, and safety checks.
Prepare service reports and maintain maintenance records
Provide technical support and user training to customers.
Acquire and manage Annual Maintenance
Contracts (AMC/CMC).
Build strong customer relationships and ensure
timely service support.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field
2-5 years of experience in biomedical equipment servicing
Hands-on experience with diagnostic, imaging, ICU, OT, or laboratory equipment.
Experience in acquiring and managing biomedical equipment service contracts (AMC/CMC).
Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to travel across the UAE for onsite service.
Valid UAE driving license.
