Key Skills and Responsibilities:
1. Knowledgeable in coding guideline
2. Medical billing audit and reconciliation
3. Denial management and root cause analysis
4. Internal control evaluation and process improvement
5. Revenue leakage prevention
6. Cross-functional coordination with Finance, Coding, and Clinical Teams
7. Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office

Qualifications and Experience:
1. Certified Medical Coder
2. 5 years’ experience as a billing auditor or similar role in a hospital setting in Dubai
