Job Description

We are currently seeking a qualified and compassionate bilingual Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adults with a variety of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and communication disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans and set therapy goals
• Collaborate with other therapists, educators, and caregivers to ensure holistic care
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
• Maintain detailed clinical records and submit reports in compliance with DHA/NABIDH standards
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques to support home practice

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter
• Minimum 4 years of clinical experience (preferably pediatric)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Bilingual (Arabic/English) is an advantage
• Additional certification is required.(Autism therapist certificate , Prompt, swallowing , etc
