Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified and compassionate bilingual Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adults with a variety of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and communication disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans and set therapy goals
- Collaborate with other therapists, educators, and caregivers to ensure holistic care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
- Maintain detailed clinical records and submit reports in compliance with DHA/NABIDH standards
- Educate patients and families on therapy techniques to support home practice
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter
- Minimum 4 years of clinical experience (preferably pediatric)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Bilingual (Arabic/English) is an advantage
- Additional certification is required.(Autism therapist certificate , Prompt, swallowing , etc
