Job Summary:

We are looking for skilled and professional Beauty Therapists / Laser Technicians with a valid DOH license to join our esteemed clinic in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidates will have a passion for beauty and wellness, a deep understanding of skin care treatments, and the expertise to perform a variety of aesthetic procedures, including laser treatments. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional client care and ensuring the highest standards of safety and effectiveness in all treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and body treatments.
• Conduct laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other laser-based treatments.
• Assess clients’ skin conditions and provide tailored treatment plans and recommendations.
• Ensure clients are well-informed about the procedures, pre-treatment care, and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate client records, including treatment details and progress notes.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
• Keep up to date with the latest beauty and laser treatment techniques and technologies.
• Manage client appointments and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle client inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Participate in continuous education and professional development activities.
• Assist in marketing and promotional activities for the clinic as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid DOH license to practice as a Beauty Therapist / Laser Technician in Abu Dhabi.
• Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Laser Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a reputable clinic.
• Proficient in performing a wide range of beauty and laser treatments.
• Excellent knowledge of skin care products and ingredients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced certifications in laser technology and skin care treatments.
• Experience with advanced aesthetic treatments such as IPL, RF, and fractional laser.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Sales and customer service experience in the beauty industry.
