Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and professional Beauty Therapist cum Laser Therapist to join our aesthetic clinic team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in beauty treatments and laser procedures, with a strong focus on client care, safety, and delivering excellent treatment results.

Key Responsibility:-

• Perform professional facial, skin, and beauty treatments according to clinic protocols.
• Conduct laser hair reduction treatments safely and effectively.
• Prepare clients for treatments and explain the procedure, aftercare, and expected results.
• Assess the client’s skin and treatment requirements before procedures.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, sterilization, and treatment-room cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a comfortable client experience.
• Recommend suitable treatments and skincare products based on client needs.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and follow all clinic safety guidelines.
• Handle laser and aesthetic equipment responsibly and report any technical issues.
• Support the clinic team in achieving treatment and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements:-

• Diploma/Certification in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, Laser Therapy, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Beauty Therapist/Laser Therapist, preferably in an aesthetic or dermatology clinic.
• Hands-on experience with laser hair reduction and facial treatments.
• Knowledge of skin types, skincare products, and basic aesthetic procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• UAE experience is preferred.
