Audiologist & Sales Specialist

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Audiologist & Sales Specialist role based in Dubai. The Audiologist & Sales Specialist will perform audiological assessments, including hearing tests and diagnostic evaluations, and recommend appropriate hearing solutions tailored to each patient’s needs. The role involves fitting and adjusting hearing aids and related devices, providing follow-up care, and educating patients and families on hearing health and device usage. In addition, the specialist will promote hearing care services and products, manage consultations with prospective patients, support sales activities, and maintain accurate records and documentation in line with clinic policies. The position requires close collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
Qualifications

  • Professional audiology expertise, including conducting hearing assessments, interpreting results, and recommending evidence-based treatment or device solutions.
  • Strong patient care skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly, provide counseling, and build trust with diverse patient populations.
  • Sales and customer relationship skills, including consultative selling, product presentation, and follow-up to support hearing aid and service adoption.
  • Solid organizational and documentation abilities, with attention to accuracy in medical records, reporting, and inventory or product tracking.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Audiology or a related field; licensure or eligibility for licensure as an audiologist, as required by local regulations.
  • Previous experience in a clinical audiology setting; experience with hearing aid fitting and programming is highly beneficial.
  • Experience in healthcare or medical device sales is an advantage, particularly in audiology or ENT-related products.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills relevant to the Dubai patient population are a plus.
