Key Responsibilities:

• Design and lead innovative, high-impact corporate wellness programs aligned with PureHealth’s mission to enable healthier, longer lives.
• Drive employee engagement by curating initiatives that elevate physical, mental, and emotional well-being across diverse teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, clinical leaders, and business units to embed wellness into the heart of our healthcare ecosystem.
• Leverage data and insights to continuously refine wellness strategies based on trends, feedback, and measurable outcomes.
• Oversee planning and execution of wellness activities, including budgeting, vendor coordination, and resource allocation.
• Serve as a wellness ambassador, representing PureHealth at leading conferences, forums, and partnerships to shape industry dialogue.
• Ensure excellence in compliance with all local health regulations and best practices in corporate health and well-being.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Management, Wellness, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in wellness program management or healthcare leadership
• Strong knowledge of wellness industry trends, preventive health, and integrative care.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to think strategically and execute operational plans effectively.
