Associate Director, Clinical Learning Solutions

What You’ll Do

Lead a World-Class Learning Portfolio

• Oversee and evolve a dynamic suite of clinical learning solutions — from residency and CME programs to cutting-edge digital learning platforms.

• Shape a future-ready education strategy that nurtures clinical excellence and lifelong learning.

• Champion innovation by embedding emerging technologies, digital tools, and new models of learning into every program.

Set the Standard for Quality & Governance

• Build a strong governance framework that ensures every learning experience meets global standards of quality, consistency, and compliance.

• Partner with internal education teams to elevate content, delivery, and learner engagement across the network.

• Establish PureHealth as the benchmark for clinical education excellence across the region.

Drive Impact Through Data & Insights

• Design and lead robust outcomes measurement frameworks that track learning effectiveness, competency gains, and return on investment.

• Turn insights into actionable strategies that continuously enhance learning quality and impact.

• Use analytics to tell the story of how learning transforms patient care and organizational performance.

Collaborate, Influence, and Inspire

• Work cross-functionally with education leaders, clinicians, and executives to align on strategy and standards. Associate Director, Clinical Learning Solutions

• Influence through partnership — guiding teams across geographies to adopt best practices and shared goals.

• Foster collaboration and knowledge exchange across PureHealth’s global clinical network.

What You Bring

Education: Master’s degree in healthcare administration, Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. (Clinical background preferred.)

Experience:

o 8–10 years leading large-scale learning or capability-building initiatives within healthcare or complex organizations.

o Proven expertise in governance, quality assurance, and outcomes-based education. o Strong understanding of digital learning ecosystems, instructional design, and technology-enabled learning.

o Experience influencing without direct authority in matrixed, multinational environments.

Technical Strengths:

o Knowledge of accreditation standards, LMS platforms, and performance analytics.

o Strong project management and change leadership skills.
