Location – Dubai

Medcare Hospitals & Medical Centres is looking for an Assistant Manager- IT (Application Specialist), you will act as a Subject Matter Expert for HIS (preferably TrakCare), ensuring seamless system utilization across clinical functions such as Nursing (ICU/Wards) Pharmacy, and Physician workflows.

You will work closely with clinical and technical teams to enhance patient care through effective technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead implementation & deployment of HIS/TrakCare modules.
Analyse and improve clinical workflows for better efficiency.
Conduct training sessions & workshops for end-users.
Act as a bridge between clinical staff and IT teams.
Manage UAT, system testing & change requests.
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field
3–7+ years of experience in Hospital Information Systems
Hands-on experience with TrakCare preferred
Exposure to Nursing, ICU, Pharmacy, or Physician modules

Experience in hospital implementation/go-live projects is a plus
