Job Description

Job Summary : To be the main point of contact for the assigned business unit, ensuring seamless management of the order processing cycle for medical equipment supplies, including effective communication with suppliers and maintaining precise records.

Job Responsibility :

  • Serve as the primary contact for medical maintenance and devices, managing all warehouse transactions for the assigned business unit and ensuring the timely availability of medical supplies.
  • Oversee complete order processing, including receiving, tracking, and timely communication with Commercial Operations.
  • Confirm and monitor purchase orders (POs) with suppliers, ensuring seamless procurement.
  • Manage supplier relationships and delivery schedules, verifying POs and coordinating timely, accurate payments.
  • Ensure thorough tracking and documentation for Delivery Schedules, Proof of Delivery (POD), Acknowledgement of Delivery Notes, and invoices to maintain strong supplier partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, including daily order and shipment tracking, compliance with inventory count policies, and regulatory standards.
  • Proactively manage inventory expiration dates to minimize waste.
  • Lead warehouse operations, including WMS outbound system documentation (Pick List Execution and Delivery Schedule).
  • Oversee Transfer Order processing and coordinate order fulfillment across departments, ensuring efficient and compliant handling of all inventory.
  • Ensure accuracy in financial and transactional data, supporting monthly consumption tracking and compliance in order processing. Handle petty cash reports as required.
  • Leverage Oracle Fusion/WMS for efficient handling of requests and generation of comprehensive monthly reports.

Experience & Skill Required :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Professional certifications in procurement or supply chain management are preferred)
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in order processing or a similar administrative role, preferably in a medical equipment sales or healthcare sector.
  • Core Knowledge of Procurement, supply chain management & Order Processing is required
