Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Application Specialist to support and optimize hospital Information Systems and ERP systems. The successful candidate will ensure smooth operations, seamless module integration, and efficient workflows across clinical and business departments, contributing to the overall efficiency and performance of our healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain hospital Information Systems and ERP applications.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure module integration and workflow optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.
• Assist in training users and documenting system processes.
• Participate in system upgrades and implementations to enhance functionality.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience supporting Hospital Information Systems or ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows, as well as finance, HR, and inventory processes.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and multitasking skills.
