We are expanding our multidisciplinary team and seeking passionate, highly skilled professionals dedicated to delivering world-class patient care in reproductive medicine.

1. Andrologist
Key Responsibilities:
Perform semen analysis, sperm preparation, and advanced andrology procedures.
Oversee male fertility diagnostics and contribute to individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate with embryologists and fertility specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain laboratory quality control standards and documentation in compliance with UAE regulations.

Requirements:
Medical degree with specialization in Andrology, Urology, or Reproductive Medicine.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an IVF/Andrology lab (UAE experience preferred).
Strong technical laboratory skills and understanding of male infertility.
DHA eligibility or license (or ability to obtain).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
