Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Assistant under our Emiratization initiative. The role includes handling administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and ensuring a professional and organized work environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the department and management team.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
- Assist with onboarding of new joiners
- Schedule and confirm meetings
- Support event planning, internal communications, and staff activities.
- Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
