Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day office management tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and organizing meetings. Responsibilities also include providing executive-level support, maintaining records, handling clerical tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations by supporting team members as needed. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential in this role.
Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage scheduling, organize documentation, and maintain efficient office processes
  • Strong Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support leadership staff and manage high-level priorities effectively
  • Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette to professionally handle internal and external interactions
  • Attention to detail and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or professional training in administrative functions are a plus
