Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to assigned departments
- Manage documentation, data entry, and record keeping
- Coordinate internal communications and support daily operations
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, and general office tasks
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Emirati with a family – book
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior administrative experience is an advantage but not mandatory
