Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh for a Urology Sales Representative. The primary responsibilities include building relationships with healthcare professionals, promoting urology-focused medical products, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves providing product demonstrations, conducting market research to understand customer needs, and offering solutions to meet client objectives. Regular reporting and collaboration with the sales team will be required to develop and implement effective sales strategies and maintain client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, including relationship building and closing deals
- Knowledge of urology-related medical products and the ability to educate clients on their features and applications
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage healthcare professionals
- Market research and analytical skills to identify opportunities and stay informed about industry trends
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy Medical Sciences, or a related field
- Experience in medical sales or a similar role, particularly in urology, is highly desirable
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
