About the Role
The Supply Chain Trainee will support the Supply Chain team in daily procurement activities, including sourcing, supplier coordination, and data management. This program offers hands-on experience and practical exposure to procurement processes within a professional work environment.
Responsibilities
• Assist in assessing departmental needs and prioritizing purchase requests.
• Support market research to identify competitive suppliers and pricing.
• Help collect and evaluate supplier quotations.
• Maintain supplier and pricing databases.
• Prepare procurement documents and reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth purchasing processes.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0–1 year of experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic MS Office skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
