We’re Hiring | Supply Chain Manager

📍 Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

TSC is partnering with a leading health transformation projects to recruit a highly strategic Supply Chain Manager who will lead key transformation initiatives, including a major supply chain transformation project.

This is not a traditional operational supply chain role. We are seeking a seasoned leader who can drive strategic transformation, manage complex projects, engage senior stakeholders, and identify opportunities to enhance supply chain performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee strategic supply chain transformation projects.

• Drive end-to-end project execution from planning through implementation.

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies that improve operational performance and business outcomes.

• Identify process improvement and business development opportunities.

• Engage and influence executive stakeholders while managing cross-functional teams.

• Lead multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.

Requirements

• 20+ years of progressive supply chain experience.

• Extensive experience within the Saudi Arabian private sector (mandatory).

• Proven track record leading large-scale supply chain transformation and strategic projects.

• Strong project leadership experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

• Excellent strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
