Speech Language Pathologist

Job Description

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology (Master’s degree preferred).

– Proven experience in Speech Therapy and treatment of communication disorders and dysphagia

– Proficiency in assessing and diagnosing individuals with language and speech disorders

– Valid a Saudi Commission licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills

– Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment

– Preferred experience providing services in a rehabilitation or long-term care setting.

Responsibilities:

– Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication disorders and dysphagia in individuals

– Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address specific needs

– Provide therapy sessions to improve speech, language, and swallowing abilities

– Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for patients

– Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans

– Stay informed about advancements in the field of Speech Language Pathology through professional development activities

– Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies to enhance communication and manage swallowing difficulties
