Speech Language Pathologist

Job Description

We are looking for a Speech and Language Pathologist / Speech Therapist to join our clinical team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessment and evidence-based speech and language therapy to patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and working collaboratively with families and other healthcare professionals to support positive clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, communication, and related difficulties.
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based therapy and intervention plans.
  • Provide individual and/or group therapy sessions based on patients’ clinical needs.
  • Monitor, document, and evaluate patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, assessment reports, and treatment documentation.
  • Provide appropriate guidance and recommendations to parents, caregivers, and families.
  • Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, occupational therapists, behavioral therapists, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
  • Participate in case discussions and contribute to coordinated patient care.
  • Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with DHA requirements and clinical best practices.
  • Stay updated on current evidence-based approaches, assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech and Language Therapy, or a related field.
  • Valid DHA License/Eligibility as a Speech and Language Pathologist / Speech Therapist.
  • Relevant clinical experience in speech and language assessment and therapy.
  • Strong clinical documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Professional, compassionate, and patient-centered approach.
  • Experience working with pediatric patients and/or neurodevelopmental conditions is an advantage.
