Specialist – Sales & Clinical Application

Job Description

Job Summary:

Dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Clinical Application Support Specialist to promote and support medical device portfolio across hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions in the UAE. This role blends sales engagement with pre & post-sales clinical application support, ensuring customer satisfaction, product adoption, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

A) Sales Responsibilities

  • Promote product lines (e.g., Patient Monitoring Life Support products) in line with company sales strategy.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with KOLs, decision-makers, and procurement departments.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and value-based discussions to support tender submissions and direct sales.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and market share goals for assigned territories.

B) Clinical Application Support

  • Provide product installation, clinical training, and application support to end-users (nurses, doctors, BME teams).
  • Act as a clinical resource to ensure effective product utilization and customer satisfaction post-installation.
  • Customize training plans based on hospital workflow and clinical practices.
  • Collect user feedback and provide inputs to the technical and product teams for product improvements.
  • Ensure timely completion of all clinical education materials available on the partner portal.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, Nursing, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and/or clinical support in the medical devices industry, preferably with Mindray or similar products.
  • Strong clinical understanding of ICU, OR, Emergency workflows.
  • UAE market knowledge and driving license is mandatory.
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage.
