Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Specialist ENT Surgeon to join our growing HealthHub Clinic network in Dubai.
The role involves delivering high-quality, specialist-level ENT care across multiple outpatient clinic locations, supporting the diagnosis, treatment, and management of a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions.
You will contribute to delivering safe, ethical, and patient-centred care aligned with best clinical practices.
Role Overview
This is a multi-site role across our HealthHub Clinics in Dubai.
You will work within a multidisciplinary environment, managing a mix of routine and complex ENT cases, supporting strong patient pathways, and contributing to the continued growth of our ENT service line.
This role is ideal for a Specialist ENT with strong outpatient experience, who is comfortable working across clinics and managing diverse patient demographics.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive specialist ENT care in line with evidence-based clinical standards and Al-Futtaim Health Medical Staff Bylaws
Diagnose and manage a wide range of ENT conditions, including acute and chronic cases
Conduct detailed outpatient consultations and develop long-term patient management plans
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory and imaging investigations
Prescribe appropriate treatments and medications in line with clinical protocols
Provide expert clinical opinions and take independent responsibility for patient care
Perform minor ENT procedures within an outpatient setting (as appropriate)
Collaborate with primary care physicians, allied health professionals, and other specialists to optimise outcomes
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records
Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental development
Support medical education, mentoring, and knowledge sharing across the clinical team
Candidate Profile
DHA Licensed or DHA Eligible Specialist ENT Surgeon
Minimum 5+ years of experience at Specialist level post-qualification
Strong experience in outpatient (OPD) / ambulatory care settings
Comfortable working across multiple clinic locations
Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment
Patient-focused, ethical, and quality-driven in clinical practice
Arabic language skills are an advantage
Qualifications And Experience
MBBS / MBChB or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
Completion of a recognized specialty qualification approved by DHA / HAAD / MOH
Valid Basic Life Support (BLS); ACLS is an advantage
Proven competence across all aspects of ENT practice
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
