Job Description
- Diagnose and treat hematological disorders, including malignant and non-malignant blood diseases.
- Perform and interpret specialized hematology tests, including bone marrow biopsies and blood smears.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies.
- Provide blood transfusion services and manage patients with bleeding and clotting disorders.
- Monitor patient responses to treatment and adjust plans as necessary.
- Counsel patients and families regarding disease prognosis, treatment options, and lifestyle adjustments.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate medical records in compliance with hospital policies and regulations.

Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD) or equivalent.
- Specialization in Hematology Board Certified or equivalent recognized
- Valid medical license to practice.
- Additional training in subspecialties (e.g., pediatric hematology, transfusion medicine) is a plus.
