Role Description The Senior Product Specialist will be responsible for driving product performance and brand awareness for Dermaelle’s dermacosmetic portfolio. This full-time, on-site role is based in Qesm 2nd 6 October and involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer support teams. Day-to-day activities include providing in-depth product knowledge to internal teams and customers, conducting product training sessions, and supporting the development of sales strategies and promotional activities. The Senior Product Specialist will analyze market feedback and product performance data, identify opportunities for improvement, and communicate insights to management. The role also includes responding to customer inquiries, ensuring a high standard of service, and representing the brand in clinics, pharmacies, events, and professional gatherings.
Qualifications

  • Product specialization skills, including experience as a Product Specialist or in a similar role within skincare, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, sales reports, and customer feedback, and to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting product information, conducting trainings, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Customer service and sales skills to build relationships with clients, address product-related inquiries, and support sales growth and brand loyalty.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Dermatology, Cosmetic Science, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in skincare or dermacosmetics are an advantage.
  • Proven experience in the skincare, cosmetics, or healthcare sector, preferably in a senior or client-facing product role.
  • Ability to work on-site in Qesm 2nd 6 October, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a professional, inclusive approach to colleagues and customers.
  • Proficiency in basic office software and digital tools; familiarity with CRM or sales support systems is beneficial.
