Job Description
Primarily responsible for supervising new application, renewal and cancellation of medical licenses all NMC doctors, nurses and allied health services such as DHA (Dubai Healthcare License) MOH (Ministry of Health License), and DOH (Department of Health – Abu Dhabi).
Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise the effectiveness and accuracy of licensing database.
- Ensure that the team coordinates with the recruitment team to ensure and collect documentation of new joiners (Doctors, Nurses & Allied health services) who require license application.
- Provide guidance to the team and assist them when any issue arises.
- Ensure all the licenses are timely renewed and cancelled when the employee leaves NMC and avoid any violation which causes penalties.Â
- Coordinate with the medical professionals to remind them about the license expiry and renewal process.Â
Qualifications
Education and Certification:
- Bachelor’s Degree – Administration or related fields. Master’s degree will be an advantage
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think critically and maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsÂ
- Proficiency in MS office.
