Job Description

We are hiring a new Sales Supervisor in Jeddah.

Role Description:
> This is a full-time, on-site role at Kenaaz Medical in Jeddah for a Sales Supervisor in the Western Region.
> The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including:
> Identifying new business opportunities.
> Generating leads.
> Building relationships with clients.
> Meeting sales targets.
> Additionally, they will provide training and support to clients, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in medical technology, Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent.
-Minimum of five years of experience in sales within laboratory diagnostic solutions (Serology, Immunology, and Allergy department).
-Strong knowledge of MOH and NUPCO business.
-Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving targets.
-Experience in conducting training sessions and providing technical support.
-Negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favorable contracts and partnerships.
-Knowledge of the medical devices industry and diagnostic laboratory solutions is a plus.
