Sales & Service Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales & Service Coordinator to provide the necessary support to our team. The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. The ideal candidate should be able to respond to inquiries via telephone or computer, making computer literacy a vital asset.

Experience and qualifications required:

· 2-4 years of experience as a sales & Service coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
· Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Good Communication, Planning Skills and the ability to work under pressure.
· Cooperative and communicative attitude with executive staff, managers, and employees.
· Strong skills in computer usage and its application especially Microsoft Word and Excel.

Role and Responsibilities:

· Coordinate the center’s operations and provide supervision for staff members
· Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
· Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
· Demonstrate strong organizational skills and an aptitude for problem-solving
·  Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
