Bonn Medical Industries is a Saudi-based manufacturer with a growing portfolio of healthcare, cosmetics, and personal care brands.

As part of our commercial expansion, we are hiring 5 ambitious Sales Representatives to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia.

We are looking for energetic, confident, and target-driven candidates who enjoy working with customers, building relationships, and creating new sales opportunities.Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s products across assigned customers and sales channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, orders, and sales opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Support product launches, promotions, and marketing activities.
• Monitor competitors, market activity, and customer feedback.
• Prepare regular sales and field reports.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to support business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education.
• 1+ year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a customer-facing commercial role.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Confident and professional in dealing with customers.
• Energetic, ambitious, and target-oriented.
• Good command of English.
• Willing to work in a field-based sales role.
• Willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Preferred

• Experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, Personal Care, Healthcare, Retail, or related industries.
• Previous field sales experience.
• Experience dealing with pharmacies, retailers, distributors, or other B2B customers.
• Proven achievement of sales targets.
