Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Inside Sales Representative. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls to healthcare providers and medical institutions, presenting product information, and responding to inquiries in a clear and professional manner. The Inside Sales Representative will qualify leads, follow up on prospects, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Daily tasks include building and nurturing customer relationships, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting promotional campaigns to drive sales growth. The individual will also monitor customer feedback, contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes, and ensure that customer interactions align with company quality and compliance standards.
Qualifications
Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.
Strong Inside Sales skills, including handling inbound and outbound calls and closing opportunities.
Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships.
Lead Generation and Account Management skills to identify prospects, develop accounts, and maintain accurate sales pipelines.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain medical and pharmaceutical products clearly.
Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software (e.g., MS Office or equivalent).
Organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks in a remote work environment.
Previous experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales is an advantage.
