Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Line Sales Manager- Obesity to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and empower the diabetes sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Ensure strong execution of brand strategies and field excellence across assigned territories
  • Build impactful partnerships with endocrinologists, dietitians, nutritionists and key diabetes stakeholders to expand market presence
  • Analyze performance metrics and market dynamics to identify and act on growth opportunities
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned commercial success and full compliance

Requirements

Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with high agility

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field

8+ years of pharma sales experience including managerial roles

Solid background in diabetes care; exposure to GLP-1 or advanced therapies is a strong plus

Demonstrated ability to influence treatment behaviors and drive business results
