Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assure quality care by adhering to standards set by the physicians
- Provide care education to patients in person or over the phone
- Adhere to compliance guidelines throughout processes (OSHA, FDA, HIPAA)

Head Nurse, Area Manager
Supervises
- Practical Nurses
- Nursing Orderlies
Education/Licensure
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing/ Diploma in Nursing.
- Current Licensure (RN) with a nursing governing body from country of origin.
- Professional Nursing License from Saudi Council for Health Specialties.
- Life support training as per specialty.
- Work under supervision of a Licensed Nurse in Saudi Arabia until able to obtain SCFHS & MOH license.
Professional Experience
- Minimum two (2) years post graduate clinical experience in a hospital setting. (Saudi new graduates are exempted).
- Current working knowledge in related specialty.
- Demonstrates safe & correct use of specific unit-based equipment’s.
Competencies/Skills:
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Be able to speak and understand basic Arabic Language.
- Ability to work in multi-cultural environment.
- Exhibits professionalism and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Good in customer care, able to work in multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledgeable in computer applications.
