Qualifications
- Possess a valid nursing license and registration
- Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, care planning, and implementation
- Proficiency in administering medications and treatments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
- Ability to educate patients and their families on health management
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Experience in a hospital or acute care setting is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
