Hospital as a RCM Specalist
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the Revenue Cycle
  Management process from registration to final
  payment.
• Follow up on insurance claims, approvals, rejections,
  and resubmissions.
• Review claims to ensure accuracy and compliance
  with insurance policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with medical, billing, coding, and
  insurance departments to resolve claim issues.
• Analyze rejected and denied claims and take
  corrective actions.
• Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on
  pending payments.
  Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance or healthcare administration
  Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in RCM, medical billing, insurance, or
  healthcare revenue cycle.
• Strong knowledge of medical insurance processes and
  claims management.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
• Saudi National preferred/required.
