Position: RCM Assistant Manager

ACCUMED is looking for an experienced RCM Assistant Manager to join our team in Dubai.
We are seeking a strong Revenue Cycle Management professional with hands-on UAE healthcare experience and, importantly, established experience and professional connections with UAE insurance payers.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day Revenue Cycle Management operations and ensure smooth workflow across the assigned functions.
Monitor claims performance, denials, rejections, resubmissions, and outstanding receivables.
Coordinate and maintain effective working relationships with insurance companies and payers in the UAE.
Support the resolution and escalation of complex payer, claims, and reimbursement issues.
Monitor team productivity, quality, KPIs, and turnaround times.
Analyze denial trends and identify opportunities to improve collections and reduce revenue leakage.
Ensure compliance with payer requirements, contractual terms, and applicable UAE healthcare regulations.
Work closely with internal teams and clients to improve overall RCM performance.
Coach and support team members while ensuring operational targets are consistently achieved.

Requirements:
Arabic speaker – mandatory.
Proven experience in Revenue Cycle Management within the UAE healthcare sector.
Previous supervisory/team-lead experience in RCM is strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of UAE insurance payers, claims processes, denials, resubmissions, and reimbursement workflows.
Existing payer exposure and professional connections within the UAE insurance market are highly preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage teams, priorities, escalations, and performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
Good knowledge of UAE healthcare insurance practices and RCM KPIs.
