Job Title: Radiographer / Radiology Technologist

Location: Shiraz Medical Center, Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time (Immediate Joining Required)Job Summary

Shiraz Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiographer to join our advanced diagnostic imaging department. The ideal candidate must have a valid DHA license and be available for immediate joining.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with a wide range of radiology equipment and modalities, including GE MRI, CT Scan, X-ray, OPG, CBCT, Hologic Mammography, Ultrasound, and Bone Densitometry (DEXA), ensuring high-quality diagnostic imaging and patient care.Key Responsibilities

• Perform imaging procedures including:
• MRI (GE systems)
• CT Scan
• General X-ray
• OPG & CBCT (Dental Imaging)
• Mammography (Hologic systems)
• Ultrasound assistance / basic scanning (if applicable)
• Bone Densitometry (DEXA scan)
• Ensure accurate patient positioning, preparation, and safety
• Follow strict radiation safety and infection control protocols
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images for radiologist interpretation
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment efficiently
• Assist radiologists during specialized procedures when required
• Maintain proper documentation and patient records (PACS/RIS)
• Perform routine equipment checks and quality assurance
• Communicate clearly with patients and explain procedures
• Ensure full compliance with DHA regulations and clinic standards

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Radiography / Medical Imaging Technology
• Valid DHA License (MANDATORY)
• Immediate availability to join (MANDATORY)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience, preferably in UAE
• Proven hands-on experience with:
• GE MRI systems
• CT Scan
• Digital X-ray
• OPG & CBCT
• Hologic Mammography
• Bone Densitometry (DEXA)
• Basic knowledge or experience in Ultrasound is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of radiation protection and safety standards
• Experience with PACS, RIS, and hospital systems
• Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
