Job Description

About the Role:
Reem Hospital is actively looking for a qualified and experienced Radiologist to join our Imaging Department. The role requires a high level of diagnostic skill and strong familiarity with advanced imaging technologies, with a patient-centered approach in a fast-paced hospital setting.‎

Key Responsibilities:
Perform and interpret diagnostic imaging procedures (CT, MRI, X-ray, Ultrasound, etc.)
Provide accurate and timely radiology reports in accordance with hospital standards
Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams for integrated patient care
Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions when needed
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards in radiology services
Support continuous improvement efforts within the department‎

Requirements:
MBBS and board-certified specialization in Radiology (Western qualifications preferred: FRCR, American Board, etc.)
Minimum of 3 years post-board experience in a hospital setting
DOH license or eligibility is a must
Proficiency in general and cross-sectional imaging (CT, MRI, Ultrasound)
Experience with PACS/RIS systems
Strong clinical judgment, reporting accuracy, and communication skills
Must be able to work independently and manage a full caseload

Preferred Attributes:
Subspecialty interest (e.g., Neuro, MSK, Body Imaging) is a plus
Willingness to participate in hospital committees or training sessions
Familiarity with JCI standards or previous JCI-accredited hospital experience
