Job Title: Radiation Therapist Specialist (Radiotherapy Technologist)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Radiation Therapist Specialist to join our radiotherapy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering radiation treatment accurately and safely according to prescribed treatment plans while ensuring high standards of patient care and compliance with clinical protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver radiation therapy treatments according to physician prescriptions and approved treatment plans.
• Operate radiotherapy equipment including Linear Accelerators and related systems safely and effectively.
• Prepare and position patients accurately for treatment procedures.
• Verify treatment parameters and ensure radiation safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Monitor patients during treatment sessions and report any concerns or complications.
• Collaborate closely with Radiation Oncologists, Medical Physicists, and nursing teams.
• Maintain accurate patient treatment records and documentation.
• Participate in quality assurance and safety programs within the department.
• Ensure compliance with SCFHS, MOH, and radiation safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Radiologic Technology, Radiation Therapy, or related field.
• Valid SCFHS classification and license as Radiation Therapist Specialist.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in radiotherapy.
• Experience with Linear Accelerators and treatment planning systems is preferred.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Preferred:

• Experience in oncology or radiotherapy centers.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Valid radiation safety certifications are an advantage.
