We are searching for the best talent for a Product Specialist Oncology role based in Alexandria, Egypt.
Purpose: the Product Specialist represents J&J in front of healthcare professionals to ensure appropriate, compliant, and evidence‑based use of our Oncology products. The PS drives patient access, product value communication, and territory performance by promoting registered products within approved indications and collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Business Growth & Patient Access
- Maximize patient share through strong understanding of the patient pathway and by ensuring all sales processes align with J&J compliance, quality standards, and local regulations.
- Achieve territory sales and market share targets.
- Identify short‑ and long‑term business opportunities in collaboration with the Market Access team and BU strategy.
- Multichannel HCP Engagement
- Use a multichannel approach (F2F visits, email, phone calls, presentations, etc.) to engage HCPs with the required quality and quantity in alignment with BU strategy.
- Provide accurate, timely call feedback and documentation of engagements.
- Account Management & Access Expansion
- Conduct comprehensive account mapping, including listing processes, logistics, contracting, stakeholder mapping, and decision‑making pathways.
- Build long‑term relationships with key account stakeholders: pharmacy directors, procurement teams, tender managers, and hospital administration.
- Follow up on consumption, stock levels, tenders, and ordering mechanisms to ensure product availability.
- Scientific Excellence
- Maintain updated knowledge of disease areas, competitive landscape, and our IBD/Immunology products.
- Promote J&J’s image as a scientific and digital innovator through scientific meetings and digital promotional activities.
- Achieve expected performance in scientific quizzes and training assignments.
- Compliance & Operational Excellence
- Adhere to all J&J policies, SOPs, local regulations, HCBI, FCPA, and pharmacovigilance requirements.
- Ensure accurate CRM use, sample accountability, database updates, and continuous improvement of qualitative KPIs.
- Follow global fleet safety standards and local traffic laws.
Main Performance Measures
- Achievement of territory sales and market share targets.
- Fulfillment of BU‑aligned KPIs and Customer Interaction Excellence requirements.
- Demonstrated discipline, integrity, leadership behaviors, and Credo‑based conduct.
Technical / Functional Skills Required

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy (required).
- 1–3 years of pharmaceutical experience, multinational company is a plus.
- Oncology therapy area experience is a plus.
- Digital knowledge is an advantage.
- Fluency in English.
