Job Description
The Product Specialist is responsible for promoting, selling, and growing the company’s dental product portfolio within key accounts, clinics, and dental professionals in the Abu Dhabi and Al Ain regions. The role requires building strong relationships with stakeholders, implementing growth-focused scientific plans, and supporting business operations to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote, sell, and expand the dental product portfolio to key accounts, clinics, and dentists within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinics, dental practitioners, and key decision-makers to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Implement growth-oriented scientific and educational plans for key clients to drive product adoption and market share.
- Monitor and follow up on order processing, payments, and any related administrative requirements as needed.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Business Unit Manager (BUM) to execute business strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry, Life Sciences, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in dental product sales or a similar healthcare/medical portfolio.
- Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in the field.
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi and Al Ain dental market is an advantage.
