We are hiring a Product / Sales Specialist with strong hands-on and commercial experience in Microbiology systems, Semen Automation, and laboratory equipment for the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and product adoption for Microbiology and Semen Analysis automation systems.
• Manage and grow relationships with KOLs (Pathologists, Lab Directors, IVF specialists) across UAE labs and hospitals.
• Conduct product demos, evaluations, validations, and technical presentations.
• Support tenders, quotations, and pricing strategies in coordination with management.
• Act as the technical-commercial bridge between customers and principals.
• Track market activity, competitors, and new opportunities.

Required Experience & Profile

• 2 – 3 years experience in IVD / Lab Equipment sales or application (Microbiology or Semen Analysis is mandatory).
• Proven KOL network in the UAE healthcare/lab market.
• Strong understanding of lab workflows, automation, and consumables.
• Experience working with distributors, principals, or manufacturers.
• Comfortable with targets, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• UAE driving license preferred.
