Product Specialist – Medlab

Job Description

The Product Specialist is responsible for providing clinical expertise, technical support, and sales enablement for assigned medical device product lines. This role works closely with sales teams, clinicians, and internal stakeholders to drive product adoption, ensure safe and effective use, and support commercial growth through hands-on clinical and field engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical & Technical Support

Provide on-site clinical support during procedures, case coverage, and product demonstrations.
Ensure proper product usage, troubleshooting, and adherence to clinical best practices.
Support clinicians with technical and clinical guidance before, during, and after procedures.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and clinical understanding.

Sales Support & Business Development

Partner with sales teams to support account growth and achieve sales targets.
Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and tenders as a clinical product expert.
Support product evaluations, trials, and new account openings.
Identify opportunities for product utilization and expansion within existing accounts.

Product Training & Education

Deliver product training to healthcare professionals and exchange it with colleagues.
Support workshops, in-services, and hands-on training sessions.
Educate customers on product features, clinical benefits, and value proposition.
Assist in onboarding and continuous development of sales team product knowledge.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

Build strong relationships with clinicians, nurses, technicians, and key stakeholders.
Act as a trusted clinical partner and point of contact for assigned products.
Gather voice-of-customer feedback to sales, marketing, sales and unit manager/s.
Support key opinion leaders (KOLs) and clinical events when required.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance

Collaborate with Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
Ensure all activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
Support post-market surveillance, complaint handling, and vigilance reporting as needed.
Assist with forecasting, inventory planning, and product availability coordination.

Skills, Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical, Pharma, Science or Similar.
2-4 years of experience in the medical field
